Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. Footwear will be accepted only if returned unworn in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag. All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

*We do not accept returns on Swimwear, Lingerie, Aromatherapy, Hats, Socks, Gift Certificates, Sunglasses, Watches & Jewelry. 

Initiate a Return

*Currently we do not accept Returns for international orders at this time.

Email us to receive your RA# to be eligible for a return or exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days after your order is delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with our policy. Late Returns that do not meet our 7-day requirement for their Ra# request will be granted store credit or exchange only.

*Please note that the shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for Return Shipping.

Once the return is received and accepted, we will process the refund within 72hrs, and you will be notified by email. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to post to your account. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

If you wish to exchange the item, please email us what item/size you would like to exchange it for. 

 

Returns on Sale and Promotional Code items

All items purchased on Sale or with a Promotional Code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit. 

 

FINE Jewelry (Spinelli Kilcollin, Hoorsenbuhs, Marlo Laz, Retrouvai, Celine Daoust) are excluded from "ALOHA10" code.

 

Price Adjustment Policy

WE ARE ICONIC offers a price adjustment policy for sale items that are purchased within 3 days prior to start date of sale. This does not apply to temporary promotions. Adjustments must be initiated within 3 days of sale start date. Please note that the exact style and size must be in stock for purchase when your request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments to items that were originally purchased on sale or with a promotional code or on items that are temporarily reduced in price. Sale price adjustments will be returned in the form of online store credit only.

 

International Orders

Currently we do not accept Returns for international orders at this time.

*Please note that if you do not email us in advance, we might not be able to process the return/s and exchange/s. We have the right to deny any Returns if it does not meet our requirements. We recommend that packages be returned with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of merchandise. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Package refusal will incur any return shipping fees and be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
