returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns or exchanges on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact. Footwear will be accepted only if returned unworn in their original, undamaged shoebox or bag.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the return does not comply with our policy. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If you wish to exchange the item, please email us what item/size you would like to exchange it for.
Please provide us the following for returns and exchanges.
-Order number, Name, Name of the item and reasons, why?
Returns on Sale and Promotional Code items
All items purchased on Sale or with a Promotional Code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns on Swim, Lingerie, Aromatherapy, and Jewelry.
*Please note that if you do not email us in advance, we might not be able to process the returns and exchanges. We have the right to deny any Returns if it does not meet our requirements. We recommend that packages be returned with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of merchandise. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
*Please note that the shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for Return Shipping.
