Proenza Schouler

Created in 2002, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez both studied different careers before changing course to pursue a business in fashion. Interning for brands like Michael Kors and Marc Jacobs, before collaborating on their Senior thesis at Parsons School of Design to create Proenza Schouler; named after their Mother's maiden names. Amongst an era where deconstruction was a hot trend in fashion. McCollough and Hernandez sought out couture for juxtaposition and find a balance between extremes. Their collection was to dress the "downtown cool girl" while still keeping an elegant and defined look.

Rosetta Getty is defined as understated modern luxury. Founded in 2015, Getty wanted to create pieces that can effortlessly transition between all your life style needs. Often inspired by and collaborating with contemporary artists. From work to to travel or day to night, her pieces are about versatility and understanding what it means to have a complete wardrobe ready for any event life throws at you. 

Lapima

Lapima is a luxury eyewear brand founded by husband and wife duo Gisela and Gustavo Asses in 2016, and is now sold in many top retail stores  across the nation. Each piece is thoughtfully hand crafted by artisans using a 28 step process in their personal atelier; taking up to 40 minutes for a single step alone. Their statement glasses are inspired by vintage silhouettes infused with modern geometric lines and classic Brazilian design. Now exclusively sold here at WE ARE ICONIC Boutique in Honolulu!
