Ulla Johnson incorporated traditional Japanese quilting techniques and a Korean splicing method that utilizes leftover scrap fabric into her designs this season. The warm nature of each piece and the bright sepia toned looks catch draw the eye to each beautiful piece.
The Isabela Dress is a lightweight cotton poplin dress making it ideal for warm weather. It has a full length button placket and adjustable button straps. The bodice is adorned with detailed seams and the gathered tiered skirt finishes with three subtle pleats.
The Kalila Blouse is back this season in an ultra fine cotton material. This blouse has a fluffy balloon sleeve with an extended ruffle cuff with a contrast colored stripes. There are voluminous ruffles that cascade down the V neckline and an elasticated peplum waist.
The Nadya Top is inspired by the loved Kalila Blouse. Unlike the Kalila, this blouse has a short puffed sleeve and a slightly more cropped peplum style hem. Cut from a patchwork cotton viscose material covered in staggered chrysanthemums.
The Hope Dress is a crafted from UJ's rib knit and cotton poplin. The bodice is constructed from a ribbed stretch cotton while the shoulders feature a wide poplin bow. The skirt is a midi length with beautiful tiers and shirring.
The Bess Pullover is a fleece puff sleeved blouse with a rounded v-neckline. The slim bodice compliment the full puffed sleeves, decorated with cotton poplin bows and cuffs.
The Emmy Cardigan is a pointelle-knit cropped jacket with puckered seams at the shoulders to exaggerate the voluminous shape. Made from a fluffy alpaca blended wool and finished with warm textured wood buttons down the front.
The Tulia Skirt is a high rise tiered midi style skirt adorned in chrysanthemums of different sizes, seamed together to create a unique print. The tiered layers are separated by picot-edged mini ruffles for an added layer of depth. The perfect skirt to add to your Summer wardrobe.
The Irvette Dress is made from the same lightweight cotton viscose fabric and constructed in this seasons chrysanthemum artwork. This dress features a v-neckline with a full button down placket and dainty ruffles to separate the tiers through out.
The Boden Top is a cotton poplin blouse with a classic Ulla Johnson puff sleeve. This piece has mini embroidered flowers all through out the top and trimmed with tiny hand beaded details at the trim of each sleeve and neckline. The back features a small keyhole cut out with a button closure for easy wear.
The Delta Playsuit takes inspiration from Johnson's loved Piper Playsuit. Constructed from lightweight suiting, this romper features a relaxed fit with exaggerated puffed sleeve and a self tie adjustable belt. The white contrast seams pop against the rich auburn of the fabric and the full zipped front makes for easy wear.
