Whether this is your first order or your 500th, we want to make sure that you're satisfied with your purchases. Returns always are accepted on domestic orders for full-price items that are received in unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Loafers, sneakers, and other footwear should be returned in the original undamaged box or bag. Returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for international orders or for certain products including swimwear, lingerie, aromatherapy, hats, socks, gift certificates, jewelry, and face masks (due to COVID-19). Email us your RA number in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items purchased through promos or on final sale are also ineligible for returns.
What shipping options are available?
We do our best to ship out every order within 48 hours, though there can be delays during sales or holiday seasons. We do not ship on weekends, but your item will be sent out as soon as possible on our next business day. The impact of COVID-19 on the global supply chain has impacted delivery speeds as well, so please be patient. Within the United States, we offer free USPS shipping on any order over $200. Orders for less than $200 will pay a $10 flat rate. Shipping speeds are typically between three to five days. You can also pay $40 to upgrade to UPS two-day shipping if you want to receive your order as quickly as possible. These rates are in USD, so international customers will need to convert these prices to GBP, EUR, or their local currency.
