WE ARE ICONIC is looking for a sales associate to join our team, as we are continuing to grow at our new location!

WE ARE ICONIC is a small locally owned, multi-brand boutique focusing on the best in international fashion designers from small indie designers to large global brands. Our brands include Rachel Comey, Ulla Johnson, Raquel Allegra, MM6, Apiece Apart, etc. We are looking for a stylish, customer service-oriented; Full Time & Part Time sales associate. Must love people, fashion and sales.

The position will include: developing and maintaining client books, merchandising, and helping out with store marketing (Social media, Blogging, etc.)

We are looking for someone who can work PT, including Saturday & Sundays. Shifts will start in the afternoon till 8pm (Times may very).

Qualifications:

• Must speak English fluently (Japanese is a plus)
• Experience in either high end retail or e-commerce sales (preferably in fashion)
• Skilled in creative writing with proper grammar and spelling
  Have the ability to learn new computer systems quickly
  Meticulous attention to detail
• Positive energy with a personable demeanor
• Ability to work well on a team, multi task and function under stress.
• Full time/ Part time availability with Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays a must(other days can be worked out)

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to build long lasting relationship with customers. Be able to upsell in-store, by text, or email.
• As a customer service representative, you will be responding to customer concerns/inquiries via email and/or telephone.
• Must be able to coordinate whole outfits by customers individual needs
  Process (pull/invoice/ship) of website orders
  Assist the E-commerce Manager with day to day needs
